Engagement-Based Services

Gaia World Sports LLC provides advisory and consulting services under individually negotiated engagements. Because each engagement is scoped and priced according to the specific needs of the client, refund terms are addressed directly within the written agreement signed at the start of each engagement.

Cancellations

Clients wishing to cancel or modify an ongoing engagement should contact us directly. Any fees already earned for work performed up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable, consistent with the terms of the applicable engagement agreement.

Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing or wish to raise a concern about services rendered, please contact us so we can review the matter in good faith.
